Using skills of heavy machine JUKI industrial sewing machine

2016-07-27

How to deal with the small faults in the use of heavy machine JUKI industrial sewing machine:

1. The heavy machine JUKI industrial sewing machine stopped suddenly; the power indicator light was on, but the hand wheel was heavy.

Possible causes: heavy machine JUKI industrial sewing machine works at low speed for a long time; overheating of the machine may cause the motor power to turn off automatically.

Solution: turn off the power and wait for 20 minutes, the safety device will restart, and the sewing machine is ready to start working.

2. Do not walk needle

Possible causes: the upper thread is used up; the presser foot is not put down; the bobbin is not in the correct position.

Solution: replace the bobbin and re identify the needle; lower the presser foot; press the bobbin to the bottom and return to the left; lower the buttonhole rod.

3. Heavy machine JUKI industrial sewing machine

Possible causes: the presser foot does not match or the needle collides with the presser foot; the needle falls off and gets stuck in the crochet.

Solution: replace the presser foot; take out the needle and install a new one.

4. Broken surface line

Possible causes: improper thread mode; thread knot; excessive thread tension; needle bending, blunt point or sand hole; improper needle size; improper needle placement; improper needle thread coordination; too fast sewing initial speed; threading without thread take-up.

Solution: re thread the machine normally; eliminate the knot on the line; adjust the pressure of the thread gripper; replace the needle; replace the needle of the appropriate size; properly position the needle; change the thread or needle; start the sewing machine at a medium speed; check the procedure of thread on.

5. Bobbin thread break

Possible causes: the shuttle core is not completely inserted into the shuttle shell; the shuttle core is wound by thread; the shuttle core does not operate smoothly in the shuttle shell; there is yarn in or on the shuttle shell.

Solution: carefully install the shuttle core into the shuttle shell; arrange the shuttle shell outgoing line; check the possible damage of the shuttle core; clean the shuttle shell and the shuttle core.

6. Jumper

Possible causes: the thread tension is too large; the needle is bent or blunt; the needle size is not correct; the needle and thread are not properly matched; the thread has not passed through the take-up rod; the presser foot pressure is not enough; the needle is improperly placed.

Solution: adjust the thread tension; replace the needle; select the appropriate size needle; replace the needle or thread; check the threading steps; increase the presser foot pressure; re needle.

7. The trace is not qualified

Possible causes: the machine wire is not fully drawn into the sensor; the threading mode is not correct; the shuttle shell outgoing line is wrong; the size of the spool cap is not consistent.

Solution: fully pull the machine wire into the sensor; correctly thread; correct the shuttle shell outgoing line; use the spool cap with the same size.

8. Confusion of trace

Possible causes: the needle size of the machine is not in conformity with the model; the procedure of putting on the line is wrong; the clamp plate is loose; the cloth is forced to pull; the presser foot is not strong enough or completely loose; the shuttle core is deformed.

Solution: select the machine needle suitable for thread and cloth; re thread the machine; tighten the wire clamp; do not pull the cloth forcibly but slowly feed the material; tighten or re install the presser foot; rewind the shuttle core.

9. Wrinkle of cloth

Possible causes: too large stitches for specific fabrics; passivation of needle tip; improper thread tension; insufficient pressing force; too light and thin fabrics; difference in thread diameter or material of used upper thread and bottom thread.

Solution: reduce the pin size; replace the needle; adjust the thread tension; increase the presser foot pressure; use the thin lining paper; use the same thread diameter for the upper thread and the lower thread.

10, stranded wire

Possible causes: the upper thread and the lower thread have not passed the presser foot; the feeding teeth have sunk

Solution: press the upper line and bottom line on the presser foot at the same time; lift the feed teeth

11, broken needle

Possible causes: fine needle sewing thick material; inadequate needle installation; loose needle fastening gongs; improper selection of presser foot; loose presser foot.

Solution: replace the needle; re install the needle; tighten the needle to fix the Gong; select the applicable presser foot; re install the presser foot.

12. Too much noise, click, machine running over

Possible causes: filling the feed teeth with sundries; yarn on the shuttle tip; thread winding shuttle.

Solution: clean the machine; dismantle the machine and clean the shuttle.

13. Machine does not feed

Possible causes: set the pin length to 0; the presser foot is too loose; the feeding thread is too low; the fabric is knotted with the following thread.

Solution: reset the appropriate pin mode and length; adjust the presser foot pressure to "normal"; lift the feed thread; place the double thread under the presser foot before sewing.

14. Unable to thread machine needle; threading device does not work; threading hook cannot enter needle hole

Possible causes: the needle is not in the highest position; the self-protection of the needle reader when the needle is not in place; the needle is not fully installed in place.

Solution: rotate the hand wheel until the needle reaches the highest position; insert the needle completely.

15. If the threading device does not return to its original position, the sewing machine will stop; the threading hook will retain the needle eye

Possible cause: the sewing machine moves unexpectedly while the threading hook is still in the needle eye.

Solution: move the hand wheel clockwise and take out the hook. Changshu sewing equipment
