    It is not only necessary to ensure that the sewing machine is cleaned cleanly, but also abnormal conditions can be found. Maintenance is essential for cleaning.

Of course, there is no need to make the surface of needle rod and upper bending needle shaft free of any oil. Just remove the dust and wipe it gently. For parts with complex shapes, it is easy to remove dust by cleaning with a used toothbrush. In addition, some of the sharper parts of the sewing machine should be cleaned with great care not to be injured.

Key parts to be cleaned

For a sewing machine, there are five most important points, not only not to make it fail, but also to ensure the sewing quality. If these places can be thoroughly and cleanly cleaned, beautiful seams can be sewn. These places shall be cleaned in order. It is recommended to clean them once a week.

   ④ oil pan (cleaning)

   2. The second step of maintenance is "lubrication". Lubrication is the guarantee (try to lubricate once a day) (please refer to the installation manual of the sewing machine for detailed instructions on the adjustment method.)

   1. Lift the presser foot and let the rotary hook idle for more than 30 seconds.

   2. Put the test paper such as copy paper under the rotating rotary hook every 5 seconds. Please do not let the paper move during the measurement. In addition, please do not let your fingers touch the high-speed rotating rotary hook.According to the width of the oil trace, it can be judged whether the oil quantity is appropriate.

The width of the oil stain is normal within 1 × 2mm. According to different sewing products, the oil quantity will increase or decrease, but if it is too much reduced, the rotary hook will be burnt when the machine is running at high speed for sewing, please pay attention to this.    B. about the oil core of the lower shaft fixing screw

   when the adjusting screw is unable to adjust the oil quantity, it is possible that the oil core of the lower shaft fixing screw is blocked by garbage, etc. At this time, it is necessary to remove the rotary hook, clean the oil core or replace the new one. In addition, due to the soft material of the lower shaft fixing screw, please pay attention to it during installation.

Adjustment of  C and head oil

Generally, the amount of oil on the face does not need to be adjusted. However, in case of less oil supply or more serious oil precipitation, please adjust in the following order. Remove the panel, rotate the oil adjustment pin on the upper shaft to adjust the oil quantity.this part is not a screw, but a pin. It can be rotated.In addition, if the oil on the bottom of the face precipitates too much, it may be that the circulation mechanism from the face to the circulation pump has problems.
